Kate supported me through my second pregnancy and birth. I can not recommend her highly enough! Her kind and professional approach made me feel relaxed and ultimately made, even the labour, an enjoyable (!!!) experience! The hypno birthing techniques she taught me were an enormous help in keeping me calm.

Kate was transformative to my birth experience. Even though it was my third birth, I was nervous about several aspects (not least because I was expecting just as the first wave of the pandemic was ramping up). She gave me the confidence to trust my body and left me armed with coping techniques. She is a mine of information and clearly very experienced. She also was with me for our home birth, which played out very rapidly in the end, so was exceptionally grateful to have her there! Whilst the NHS is amazing I often felt rushed and like I didnt have time to address questions or concerns adequately, so Kate made me feel much more prepared for whatever turn birth might take
