I have been attending and enjoying one of Kerrys Pause yoga groups for over a year( including zoom during lockdown) her sessions are a delight. If you are looking for a friendly yoga group with good clear instruction and guidance in a calm relaxed atmosphere this is the group for you. Kerry has great knowledge and passion and the ability to teach all abilities.

The yoga sessions have been good fun and I am definitely feeling the benefits. I have never been very flexible but this is slowly improving, and my trips to the osteopath have become less frequent! Working at a desk most days can cause anyones spine to lock, but these yoga sessions definitely negate this The morning classes get the blood flowing and definitely help me stay productive during a challenging day. My sleep has also improved! Thanks for the ongoing classes Kerry!

Before Lockdown I went to yoga with Kerry once a week and loved it, when yoga transferred to zoom I wasn't sure if the experience would be the same. However, as much as I miss the relaxing environment of face to face yoga, Kerry brings it to you at home. Its such a fantastic way to start my day, I am challenged yet feel relaxed and energised for the day, my body feels strong and still making progress! Thank you Kerry I am loving it. However, still can't wait to get back to the amazing face to face sessions as soon as we can!
