        The lady in Timpsons yesterday morning was absolutely wonderful! She helped me sort out a problem I had with my wrist/thumb splint/brace that I need to wear. Thank you! You made my day! What a great start to the new year! I hope 2023 is good for Timpsons too!

        Very disappointed! After a big battle to export a gift to Canada via UPS I left the parcel and 2 copies of the document with Timpsons. The next day I had a phone call to say they have no accompanying documents! The man in Timpsons was serving another customer at the time and I said I would wait. He was very insistent and reluctantly I trusted his actions. I now have a load more hassle with my export!

        Had two sets of passport photos taken, both rejected..don't understand why..check in branch said OK, online rejected. Contact Head Office by email.. waited over a week no reply..just not good enough customer service

        Very mixed feelings after having my shoe repaired here. Very polite and nice person to deal with, however the quality ... you can judge from the picture. It was promised that it will be not visible after the repair is done
