Just refurbished in prime location. Quiet, only 2 other tables occupied. Items requested unavailable from, wine list,starters,mains and dessert menus. Rationale given,it's because we're a brand, nothing to do with us,it's up to the bar staff/kitchen staff. Service staff being put in situation of having to try to explain poor service/standards, beyond training and control, so unfair on staff and diners. Food quality poor with mere 20% offer on bill for a poor experience in all areas.
