I made an initial enquiry and having seen that my message had been seen but no response, after a few days I sent a chase up. I have then waited a week and still nothing. I would have appreciated whatever the issue was, ill, fully booked, didnt want to do it...but to receive no communication is just poor customer service. I reiterated this to Sarah and still no response. No recommendation from me.

My sppointment was cancelled less than 24 hrs beforehand without an explanation a new one for 2 weeks later. Not good enough. I do not recommend
