Andrew and Stephen are great and the lady who helps unsure of her name. They are so friendly,knowledgeable, helpful and good old fashioned values with their excellent service and manor. Good sense of humour and I felt very valued and very attentive to me as one of their customers. Your super smashing great guys. I am over the moon with my purchase of sapphire and diamond ring it's beautiful. I have wanted this for over twenty five years. Thank you soo much. I'll be back! Went in for a watch battery and came out with most wonderful, beautiful necklace for my life long friend. We may not have that much time together as she is very ill, but the time we spent in this shop will always stay with us..
