Most of the care reviews 5* are from members of staff Why would you comment on a service you are providing, surely its down to the user to review the service provider. I would give No stars if possible Nothing has changed only the address I would not leave a family member in there care. After experiencing care from this company. Carewatch looked after our mum. We had a good experience with them, baring in mind that being a carer is not the easiest of jobs and we understood this as a family. Communication was good, mums condition was deteriorating and staff had to deal with the changes as well as the family. Mum was always appreciative of the care she received as was the family. Thank you Carewatch.

In my experience, this company has few very good carers. Most others are so stretched they have no time for their clients. Either that or the company is at fault time and time again. Ive lost count of the amount of times carers just havent turned up to administer care services to my mother in law. Twice she was left for 18hours between visits. From what I can gather the carers have such a huge list of people to see that some have only been at her house for 5mins before rushing off leaving duties not done.

This care company is very badly run never on time always had an excuse for why they were late, i even had to get socail services involved with some issues, management never responds to any concerns family have for thier loved ones. I had to change care company's and it was the best thing i could have done. I would not recommend this company at all, most of the reviews care watch have are done by members of staff of course they would give a good review, but I certainly would not recommend this company to look after a loved one

Every review above one star is a lie. The 5 star one's are by the liars in the office who couldn't care less about their staff or clients. The worst company I have ever had contact with.
