I applied for the position, interview and offer were both prompt and staff were friendly.
However, my application was just the ignored. I chased, and had no reply most of the time. On the times I was responded to, there was a excuse as to why weeks had gone by and no progress such as technical difficulties
I have worked in recruitment and on-boarded staff before. For a candidate who has a online DBS, referees ready to act and all paperwork complete, the process should not take longer than a fortnight.
Emails to the particular member of staff remain ignored and emails to the recruitment team remain ignored.
