Had 2 nights at the 'attached' Premier Inn but had 2 evening meals and 2 breakfasts. The evening staff were very helpful, but Luke (first aider) was extremely caring (my husband is diabetic). Fran and Lauren at breakfast were both very friendly and helpful, both ensuring that I knew where everything was and if our meals were ok and if we needed anything else. Can't say better than that. We were the couple with the motorhome and making our way to the Lakes
