        Would rate zero stars if I could, I came into the store on Thursday the 12th January at 3:30pm, just to give you an idea of the staff member who I received absolutely horrific customer service from .this older blonde woman( if I can even call her that) made me never want to step into another WH Smith again. Fire the hag!
