I ordered almost 500 of roofing sheets on 18/01/2023 (order #2961). The first red flag was that I didn't receive an order confirmation email, which is odd in this day and age. I contact them through their website and was sent an order confirmation on 20/01/2023. Delivery was estimated at 2 weeks when I ordered (still says 2 weeks on their website). On 06/02/2023 I emailed for an update on my order since it had been more than 2 weeks and I hadn't heard anything. I didn't get a response. On 15/02/2023 I emailed again and asked for a refund if I wasn't going to receive my order that week because I needed the materials. They replied and said they had "opened an enquiry" in to where my order is and would get back to me. I didn't hear back from them. On 20/02/2023 I emailed again and said that I'd given them a chance to look in to it and I requested an immediate refund. I was told that they had put in "multiple requests" to get it resolved for me and would let me know when they were notified. Again - no reply. On 23/02/2023 I emailed again asking for a refund. No reply again. So basically they've taken my money, haven't sent anything and wont give me a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Possible one of the worst companies Ive ever had to deal with. I would strongly advise you to look else where and not use this company. Schedule of delivery was changed three times on the day of delivery without notice therefore having to stay down my men for the job on three separate occasions. Wrong screws and bolts were sent upon the fourth delivery meaning the roof was then unable to be fitted correctly on that day, then I have to purchase 120 with of bolts and screws. The internal foam insulation that fits underneath the roof was NEVER sent even though paid for and this cost me and extra 462 to get another company to come measure/supply & fit. On top of this all the customer service was by far the worst Ive ever experienced. No one was willing to take responsibility and the manager Sam was avoiding taking my taking my calls. No one was willing to help. AVOID AT ALL COST.
