Our experience on the 16th 2022 was utter shambles. We waited 1hour 15 for food which still never turned up. Then was told they had ran out. Trying to be understanding and still no food and still waiting after speaking to the manageress a couple of times. In the end we got a refund and we left. We had a long journey home. It was so unorganised. If I was running this restaurant I would have been embarrassed. I hate complaining but it was chaos
