There was some delay between placing the order and receiving the plants, due to circumstances that were beyond their control, but the plants are in excellent condition and I was more than amply compensated for the delay, which was a lovely touch. All in all, Im very pleased to have discovered this company, and Im excited to see what the plants look like when they grow!

Real rip off of a company. I purchased a succulent, supposedly grown in a 9cm pot. Instead they sent me a cutting wrapped in tissue, not rooted at all. This cutting slowly died! I have complained but no response. I intend to contact trading standards, do not trust this company. In all my time as a landscape architect, I have never come across such a horticultural rip off, I intend to let other horticultural professionals know too! Once again, just to confirm! you sent me a cutting, not rooted wrapped in tissue paper! You need to correct your website from plants sent bare root to cuttings!!! I was expecting a growing healthy plant!! I emailed 48 hours ago. I wouldn't want a replacement from your company! One of the worst experiences I have had!

Bought 3 plants online and they were all gorgeous, beautifully and carefully wrapped to protect. I also ordered soil and grit which didnt arrive along with the plants unfortunately. I contacted the shop owner, who initially struggled to get back to me, but was very kind and finally resolved the issue for me offering replacements free of charge. Happened story. Next time when I have the chance to go nearby, I will definitely drop a visit to the shop.

Made my first purchase online around late summer last year, it was not bad, satisfactory to say the least. So I came back for the second time and was very disappointed unfortunately. Bought three 9cm pots succulents, first one was just a wee bit stem, a 9cm pot for one tiny stem! Was that a joke? Second one has leave damage on almost every leaf, they acknowledged it and wrote down that it was sent FOC and had refunded which I still awaits. Third one again was clearly just a 6cm pot not 9cm, and some leaves were mushy and had already came off when I opened the package. Very disappointed overall.
