        Always a fully stocked shop! Staff are friendly! Caters to a wide range of pets but I mostly shop for my dog. They do natural treats for dogs which is an amazing bonus as its on a deal where you buy 5 for the price of 4

        Great puppy hour - fun and socialisation. I have given 3 stars however, due to the designated area for the pups being too small and slippery for pups to run around. The puppy hour could significantly benefit from being held outside within an all weather covered safe area.

        Had a returns issue which was slightly out of date but we came to a solution with a credit being offered after telephone call with manager, very helpful staff who were keen to help

        Our puppy receives a warm welcome every time we visit and the staff, who obviously like animals, prove knowledgeable and provide a good service. Never been unable to buy our preferred dog food Good experience all round
