Sedgemoor Caravans

Bought a Buccaneer Commodore in Sept 2022. Despite the damp meter readings being fine which were taken before delivery from the workshop, we discovered water ingress from the rear Heki roof light. Contacted Sedgemoor who carried out the repair - or so we thought. Van was returned to site where we discovered the self levelling legs didnt work and there was no power. Van was returned again. When the van was returned but the keys were not returned and waste hog had disappeared from the van. Barry replaced our waste hog and managed to find our keys. However, we then found water ingress in the front offside overhead locker, a crack in the roof above the front cupboard, water ingress from the wash room roof light with blue staining, and the rear heki roof light was still leaking. Sedgemoor came to site and inspected the issues and take video footage to make a claim for the warranty. They were seen walking on top of my van - they didnt have ladders to get onto the van. They climbed onto their transit van and onto my van roof. The van was taken for a 3rd time and returned. Only the front of the van had been dealt with. The crack on the roof was painted with something but unsure what, the washroom water ingress not touched and the rear Heki roof light not sorted out. I totally regret purchasing a van from Sedgemoor. Barry has tried his best and has always been pleasant to deal with communication has been very hit and miss.

I had a terrible time with a company I brought a caravan from before, having to fight for a refund as it was dangerous. I was recommended Barry and he was truly amazing. As a young mum I needed to know it was road safe and would hopefully last for many family holidays. Barry talked me through all the details of the caravan I wanted, the team gave it a good check over in their workshop (& carried out works that needed doing) & then very kindly delivered it to me. The level of knowledge Barry held and the regular communication reassured me I had made the right choice in buying from Sedgemoor Caravans. The only problem I have now is waiting for the summer holidays to come quickly !!

We went to see caravans at other sites then came across Sedgemoor caravans the staff Barry and Shaun were true gentlemen we looked at a few and brought one we are pleased with our purchase recommend sedgemore caravans 100% Jacqui & family
