very helpful staff and competitive rates for motor insurance

The real shame is the branch staff a polite, dedicated and helpful- however they are undermined by regional decisions in Bristol and lunatics representing head office that decide section 127 of the Highway Code doesnt apply to Land Rovers and crossing the path of an on coming vehicle in its own lane-is grounds to launch legal action FOUR YEARS later. Read the TrustPilot reviews from a trusted brand and honesty, the NFU has turned into an expensive and unreliable choice- vote with your wallet and buy elsewhere. I feel sorry for writing this review as the local office staff are polite, helpful and ultimately powerless to resolve issues created by regional and national policy. Until the NFU returns to honesty, integrity and decency- they are currently completely untrustworthy and EXPENSIVE.
