Absolute Rubbish company doesnt reply to emails or answer phone calls. Its Like they have 0 staff working on the pay roll apart from that Charlie the director who seems to do everything. I placed an order in March. I had to chase up for 4 weeks to be told they couldnt even do the embroidery in the end. I then been waiting 3 weeks to get my money back. Which I still have not got!! Use bananaprints much better company and better prices :) save yourself the time and hastle. Services: Embroidery designs, Custom patch embroidery

I've just had my custom New ERA hats arrive and they are awesome. We've previously purchased hats from Charlie before and the quality was excellent. This time we wanted more than our logo adding; inspired by the NFL Salute to Service caps, we also wanted a Union flag adding to the side too. The result is brilliant and I can't wait to share them with our customers. Service: Embroidery designs

The quality of embroidery was great, however - Disappointed in the timeframe as I had spent over 100GBP on x2 samples on the 11th of May. It took 2 months to arrive to my doorstep today. I was notified during the order the colors for the caps I had ordered and paid for were out of stock, 3 weeks later after paying. I had then asked for replacement colors and they sent me 1 correct color however the 2nd cap is the wrong color and has some fading issues on it. I'm not sure if there is a communication issue or that they are just really busy in production which might explain the wrong cap color they sent. Just dissapointed tbh as I was really looking forward to ordering in bulk.
