Fantastic company! I had a Swift Challenger 2006 with and known fault with the Italian charger fitted as standard. Applejack sorted it swiftly and with great attention. Including follow up on a problem with the fridge not running while plugged in to the car. I would totally recommended them. I wish they could solve a few more problems I have with my 20 year old Festo Table saw tripping out in Galway Ireland! Carry on with the great service!!

The display panel on my Bailey caravan went Blank on 12v supply. Apuljack were recommended, I explained my problem via email and had very quick response advising cost of repair and replacement, even offering advice on panel removal. A further email from them suggested that the problem probably rested with a fuse on the battery lead. This proved to be the case. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Apuljack in the future.

Outstanding!!!!! Absolutely outstanding! Had a problem with caravan 12v system so phoned on the off chance that someone may be able to shed some light on my problem. Paul was amazing, he knew my consumer unit ne143 cwsf like the back of his hand. After a lengthy phone call he suggested it sounded like an earthing problem, he was right after a few more emails even out of hours he nailed down my fault to an auxiliary fuse box just off the main unit. Turns out a caravan service engineer had disconnected the wires when looking at the battery charger in the unit. I had spent 5 evening after work checking fuses and scratching my head and all it took was appuljack engineering. With no gain to themselves they have saved my holiday and so much time and money. Cant recommend enough. These guys are mustard. Thanks again Paul
