You can only choose up to two meats where you get served one thick slice of each, you then move down the line where each selection of vegetable seems to have its own dedicated server, who'll ask if you want a portion of that vegetable added or not, unable to do this yourself, you have no control of the portion size. The meat was obviously just the cheapest cuts available that are a combination of tough, dry and rubbery, the veg was well undercooked and in the end we were not able to eat much of anything, it was just absolutely awful.
Sure it's great that you seem to employ lots of staff but you have turned what should be a 30 to 45 minute arrival to leaving process into well over an hour and a half, so now I understand why you have to charge 15.99 for essentially a very substandard, virtually inedible carvery.
