Highly recommend Rookery Bridal and the Team!! Having never really pictured what kind of dress I wanted, I found the experience initially so much fun and then overwhelming. That's when I came across Sarah and her team, I tried on so many dresses, never felt any pressure to purchase or pressured with allocated time. The ladies were honest, so friendly and helpful with their expert opinions. The ladies encouraged me to take time to go away and think about it (although I was aware time was of the essence to get the order in). Coincidently, I found another dress at a different store (very close to my mum 200+miles away). I loved the customer service I received from Sarah, I called and asked, as it was a designer Sarah stocked, if it was possible to order. Funny enough it was already on order as new stock, and coming in . I had the dress of my dreams and the best service I could have asked for round the corner from me!! Friendly reminders sent re: appointments, alterations, as wedding commotion builds up. As massive thank you to Lisa (seamstress), who also is a wonderful woman, friendly, professional and extremely good at her job (with the time frame she puts on herself). Thank you so much!! I loved my dress, the experience and the day itself with everyone commenting how beautiful I looked, and I felt that in my dress. Ps, you are politely asked to remove your shoes to keep the carpet clean, the experience is like a dream, as my MOH stated its like walking on a cloud

I had my appointment here yesterday Tuesday the 7th March. I was so happy from start to finish. The ladys were lovely and so helpful. They made me feel very comfortable. Tried on several beautiful dresses. Lots to choose from styles, colours, designers etc Also was easy to get to, had a nice car park and the shop was lovely. I would definitely recommend Rookery Bridal.

I immediately knew I was in safe hands when I met Sarah for my first bridal appointment. Sarah expertly guided me through different styles so I could be confident in the decisions I made and was extremely patient. Sarah kindly extended the appointment past closing time so I could try the dress on one final time. Thank you Sarah for your expert guidance and patience and making it a special moment for me & my guests.
