        Very poor experience in my case. I had a non firing basic Kubota compact tractor. Engineer turned up and spent 2.5 hours turning engine but ultimately achieved nothing despite initially saying "I'll have this going in no time". Excessive invoice despite no "up front" quote, excessive call-out charges not made clear at time of booking. Charged for Red diesel despite my tank being half full. Charged for cleaning fuel filter which was brand new and installed by myself 2 weeks previously (on a tractor that had not been running). No diagnosis. Poor communication as email query was not answered for 7 weeks and required follow up email to get any response at all. Unhelpful and abrupt attitude eventually received from Office Manager.... Not impressed in the slightest!
