If I could would give them a zero very bad customer service being lied over and over again they had received my payment from 3rd party insurance 2 weeks ago and was told by jay my claim handler that its with the accounts team and it will you will receive it buy Wednesday in your account spoke to someone else from the claim team they told me something totally different that its not been banked as of yet then was told I will receive it by Friday Saturday latest still nothing rang up on Saturday spoke to my claim handler jay she try to tell me my bank would have held the payment still nothing in my account i comfirm with my bank they told me we wouldn't hold the payment Tuesday today I received payment my claim handler aslo new I've seen a vehicle that I'm interested in and I've put a deposit down on I only put 500 deposit down on her say so as she confirmed the money will be in my account on Wednesday then Thursday I got in writing from her that money will definitely be in my account on Friday or latest Saturday still nothing I've received several calls and messages to from the person who I was buying the car from I've told him but he has thought I'm some one wasting his time and txt me saying you have lost your 500 deposit STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Made a claim nearly 8 months ago and every time I email asking for an update its ignored. I call and all I get is we are chasing. How does it take this long to settle a clear rear end case??? Good luck getting a response from these people, absolutely the worst service from each individual that Ive emailed at the company

Can't thank Dana and the team enough. They have helped whenever, however they can, and have ensured a comfortable experience on the road to my repair. I was shown care and understanding, and should I ever have another non fault accident in future, I would be very happy to be with PVM again. Thank you!
