HotSpring World Sevenoaks

My husband and I bought our hot tub from HotSprings at Sevenoaks last year. We were given all the help we needed at the time to make the right decision and to ensure it would fit into the area we had designed for it. We have not just been happy with the hot tub itself, but with the excellent service we have received since then whenever we have had a question or a concern. The staff have always responded to us promptly and helped us out when we needed advice.

Superb customer service from Mark, very knowledgeable of the product and not at all pushy. From advice on the benefits of each model, the wet test, delivery, installation and follow up a couple of weeks later, Mark was there for every stage of the process. Looking forward to many years of relaxation and pleasure knowing that I have expert back up a phone call away. Thanks.

After looking around for a new hot tub we visited Mark at Hotsprings. The service levels were over and beyond what we expected. Installation was swift, the aftercare has been excellent. Mark has made time to visit to ensure we understood how to monitor all the chemicals. We would highly recommend Hotsprings Sevenoaks.
