This company doesnt actually do anything. When we moved into our flat, none of the things they said would be fixed had been fixed. We had to email them and ask them to fix the things they already had photo evidence of. The previous renters items were still in the flat and we will have to wait a week for someone from the company to come pick them up. I have sent three separate emails asking about a second set of keys or if we are allowed to make a second set and they keep replying to my emails while completely avoiding this question. Such a strange question to skirt around. They informed us they would sign us up for all the utilities but none of that was done. Three days into our lease we dont have gas or power because the utility companies need information from the management company. If they had just told us this was something we needed to do, we would have done it ourselves weeks ago. Unimpressed with this company.

Avoid Sheraton - Property Maintenance one of the worst in Britain!! All they care about is profit and they aren't concerned about tenants at all!!! I have been a tenant here for about 6 months now here in Hammersmith. The house and location are nice, however the maintenance/support is not good. I have a broken washing machine (which is easily 15+ years old - it doesn't have a digital display so you can guess it's age) since a week and Sheraton are refusing to send someone to fix it and asking me to pay for the fix. Worst of all, my emails are not being replied to (despite multiple follow-ups) and I have had to call them so my issue is reported. So now I either spend north of 200 quid to fix the machine by calling service center or go to the local Laundromat to wash my clothes till my contract is up. I have lived in many rentals across London and never faced such issues and delays anywhere. Even when I moved in initially it took them 4 weeks (after constant follow up and escalations) to let me know that the WiFi cables are already setup - I had to pay extra for mobile data all those days. They could have told this to me on day one after my initial email and call but never happened that way. It's no surprise that I will not be renewing my contract for this house later this year. If there had been a break clause I would have left the house but I can't and have to survive these issues till my contract is over. I am paying 1500 quid a month for a less than 400 sq ft house - I don't think I can bear these Issues any more - it's not worth despite paying so much.

I'd be very careful when going into any agreement with them. They take a massive "deposit" and on your departure find any means to find a fault in the property in order to keep over 1k minimum of that. Wouldn't use then again

I have been living in our of their houses during a whole year and the treatment and service has been excellent. We needed new furniture, such as a new bed, dinning table, desk, vacuum cleaner, and many other things and they bought everything for us. Furthermore, the deposit release has been great. I really recommend them and they have good quality-price deals.
