Juliet was excellent throughout the process from finding us the right property to buy, to arranging the refurbishment of the flat and then successfully letting it for us - a smooth, efficient, well run service from start to finish. We couldnt have had a more professional yet friendly person help us achieve our purchase, refurbishment and letting project.

I have only ever experienced the highest level of professionalism from Juliet Rawlings. This year I sought advice from Rawlings Property and Juliet generously gave me such valuable free advice which solved my problem instantly. This was because of her superior knowledge and expertise in her field. I could not recommend Rawlings Property more highly, thank you so much for your help.

Juliet Rawlings tried to keep my entire security deposit (thousands) at the end of a rental period for an issue that had been noted on the inventory 2 years prior to me moving in. Juliet Rawlings is possibly the most dishonest, patronising, and nasty woman I have ever encountered. I suggest anyone thinking about using this company should take note of the 1* reviews because it seems to me that she makes a habit of this sort of behaviour. Take Peter Elliot up on his offer to see this woman in action. In the end I got my money back by instructing a solicitor (really rather quickly - which just shows how wrong it was keeping it in the first place). My guess is that some of the 5* reviewers have not yet tried to move out of their rental properties!

The worst Lettings experience of our lives. Juliet Rawlings proved herself to be unreliable and uncooperative in the extreme. She made our lives a misery. Anyone thinking of renting through her please DM me and Ill forward the email chain I have with her which will show just how awful she is. I would discourage anyone from ever using Rawlings Property. Dreadful woman.
