        Countless delays and lost parcels. I don't know it is directly related to them but as a precaution I stopped using the office (that is not Royal Mail btw )

        I had a fantastic experience with a digital passport submission. The woman was courteous and offered helpful advice, it was the complete opposite of what I received at the Eccleston Street Post Office the previous day where I left with out using the service because the man was so rude, unprofessional and in the end incorrect.

        This is the best post office I can find in the whole of London. The staff are all lovely and approachable and there is always plenty of stationary equipment which I find is rare in the city
