Last week I had the misfortune of dining at Oliveto. I decided to try the ravioli. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Not only was the portion size tiny (5 pieces) but there wasn't much filling in the ravioli (almost flat) It felt like I was eating air. To make matters worse, the dish was incredibly overpriced (20 pounds) for what I received. I left the restaurant feeling hungry and cheated. speaking of prices, they also automatically add a 15% service fee to the bill, regardless of the quality of service. Ravioli from Tesco are more delicious and far cheaper. Besides, the staff was rude and condescending, making fun of customers who didn't correctly pronounce the names of the dishes in Italian. It was clear that they thought they were superior and the customers were beneath them. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff's attitude and behavior was completely unacceptable, and the food and service were not worth the high prices. Save your money and go somewhere else where you'll be treated with respect and the food and service are actually worth the cost.

Used to be a nice place. Went to dinner with friends Thursday. The gentleman serving us - made it a point to correct a word I said wrong in italian and mock it. - proceeded to drop, by accident, a dirty fork on our clothes, staining them, but didnt apologise. Just made a sarcastic joke about not charging us for bottarga Mediocre food, mediocre service. Overpriced. Im married to an italian. Id call this italian food for those who dont know better. Wont be coming back
