Imperial Venues

Excellent Customer Services, We have been consistently using the Imperial Venues services for the last six years. We run several events per year in several rooms within the college. We are highly impressed with the Imperial Venues teams professionalism and high customer service standards. The Imperial Venues team always show to be supportive, understanding and aware of their customers needs. Our account manager, Ms Sheri Djafer, always goes above and beyond her duties to ensure that the events are well looked after and to ensure that our events run in a smooth manner. We always appreciate Ms Djafers gesture to welcome us on the first day of our event and constantly checking that everything is in order. We also wish to extend our thanks to the whole Imperial Venues team, especially, Ms Kim Vieira-Martins for the extensive support provided throughout the years and more recently during the COVID-19 crisis. After six years using the Imperial Venues services, we continue being impressed with the rooms, the affordable prices, the friendliness of the staff and more importantly for the Imperial Venues staff making the difference for their customers. Certainly, the quality of the customer service provided by the Imperial Venues team is second to none. We highly recommend it.
