        2 of the 3 items I purchased were fine however upon trying to return the third item I encountered some of the worst customer service. The mens chain has huge gaps in the links which they claim are for safety but never mention this in the listing. I asked to return the item and was asked for reasons and evidence... I just didn't want it... Still wanted pictures. I'd already packaged the thing back up. Still won't accept my return.
