        Terribly poor communication skills by the branch I dealt with. I enquired about a flat in Beaufort Gardens and requested a viewing. Over the coming days I had to continually chase up as I had heard nothing back. Then on my 4th attempt to find out what had happened I was told the tenant was being very difficult but theyd carry on trying. Its been about 2 weeks since that phone call and Ive heard nothing back. This is a flat priced at 3,445 a month and Im absolutely stunned that they havent even bothered to call me back. To add insult to injury, its still being advertised. Im unsure if the tenant holds more power than the landlord but there is nothing Harrods about Harrods estates, it should perhaps consider a name change to a more realistic brand expectation.

        Harrods is definitely one of those "most go to" place when you visit London - not only is it rich in history, but also iconic with all the luxury brands all under 1 roof.
