We have attempted to purchase a car, also provide part ex of our car. I spent the time to visit the store and provide all my personal details, they did not contact or process any options further. I attempted on a Saturday with my mum to attend the store which I booked for it. My mother arrived at 4.15pm the sales guy did not even bother answering the door whilst she knocked. Eventually I called and asked him if he could at least let her look at some cars whilst I was trying to park my car outside. The man was miserable and very rude, had 0 customer service experience when we are talking about buying a 150k+ car you expect some decency but no. He was more concerned about closing and leaving. He was also going on about their roof water leaking some 40,000litres. Even when my mother apologised x3/4 times for arriving 1 hour late due to traffic he was straight faced and without any facial reactions. This is rude. For this reason we will not buy any cars from McLaren via Jardine group. I have faced the same with Jardine group Porsche in beckton. These members of staff are better suited to go and work in a warehouse stacking shelves. When you go to HR owen or similar you get a proper service. A big disaster.
