Absolutely terrible. Not qualified and more interested in charging you as much as possible than anything else. When she realised I was insured and therefore wouldn't be paying directly she was absolutely furious. Ushered me out the door and proceeded to double charge my insurer for appointments that never happened. AVOID.

I heard Susannah was the best so I booked an appointment of osteopathy with her when I arrived to London with headaches again and neck pain. I've had this for years and no one could help. I tried many physical therapies and sometimes got a temporary small amount of relief but nothing more. After testing Susannah made sure I was safe to treat and I got the best results with her osteopathic treatments. I am now able to live and work and travel and enjoy my life again.

I was so surprised how quickly Susannah was able to make a difference to my back pain. I had pain which came on quite suddenly, and within one session it had gone. I particularly liked the cupping massage to improve the fluid collection in the back. Brilliant stuff.
