        If I could give these people 0 out of 10 I would. This is the worst ever customer service. Absolutely appaling performance and a terrible reflection on Egypt. You'll wait for hours in a queue and they still won't answer your call. Egypt will never ever become a respected developed country with workers of this inferior nature.

        I can't fault the speed and efficiency of the Egyptian Consulate. They are very polite and friendly. I dropped off my passport and documents on a Tuesday and was able to pick up my passport for the Multiple entry tourist visa on Thursday (2 day turnaround!) Just follow the instructions on the website and you should be good.
