Overpriced tat, once was very good dresses, quality dresses like the sabitri dress I love, but now not very good prints they are like my grandmother's curtains, not worth money no more, I have not liked not one dress, not worth the price anymore, I go to different stores now what are less and better quality

This has been a favorite small business that my wife enjoyed so much. We both get the emails and our reactions of the inventory have been less than impressed. I send this in hopes to reestablish consistent purchasing patterns. Where are the timeless blazers, beautiful blouses, and the new rotation of scarves? Inspire us to purchase again. My wife misses it and I enjoyed doing it for her.

My experience with Beulah has to be the worst retail experience of my life. I bought and paid for a particular dress a month ago. Beulah sent the wrong dress. The one I ordered was several hundred dollars more than the one I received. I had to email Beulah for weeks in order to get the correct dress sent. Once they shipped out the dress, I got a message from the carrier informing me that I have to pay an additional $120 in customs and duties. I already paid on the first dress, so its utterly unacceptable to expect me to pay on the corrected order. When I informed Beulah if this, they just ghosted me. For a high end retailer, their behavior and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I would never shop with Beulah ever again and I strongly suggest others avoid shopping here too.
