        Very poor service over the phone.Unpleasant, disrespectfull, unhelpfull and rude.What kind of country can't contact their homeoffice to ask for information regarding requested documents.Useless and arrogant.No option to escalate the problem but also no option to help you solve it.They ruined my wedding,and with all her arrogance the lady named Anethe told me that I probably can wait even one year for this document with threatening voice despite they know our wedding is less than a month!Shame of you!In 21st century this is the service we get from Trinidad and Tobago embassy!Shame!!!!

        I emailed the commission on the advice of the pleasant male who answered. Sorry I didnt ask for your name. I had two calls from the most helpful Michelle Charles. She made me feel so at ease. Gave me all the information I needed and assisted me tremendously. Michelle you a star! You know about customer service. What a positive experience.
