I Find The People Here Working Very Unprofessional And Rude And Always Sounding Like They Don't Want To Do Their Jobs Pure Attitude And Blunt Replies For No Reason. My Advice Either F Right Off And Find A New Job Or Go And Train Properly To Deal With Customers This Is Not Jamaica And I Am A Born Jamaican And It Was The Worst Experience I Had Over The Phone.

Disgraceful service they do not answer the phones and when they do answer they are quick to transfer your call to another department that again DOES NOT ANSWER. Considering this is in the UK you would expect the service to be the same as the UK Passport office. They need to do better.
