Dr Jamali is a brilliant dentist. I've had two crowns fitted by her in the last say 6 to 8 months plus other minor fillings. I was very wary of having the crowns as I'd heard they are liable to give a lot of grief !! But I am happy to report that both are performing great and have not given me any problems. In addition to the above, Dr Jamali was very good communicating with me by telephone and emails which was a big bonus for me. So I have no hesitation in giving the practice and Dr Jamali 5 stars.

2023: The best dentist at the practice Dr K Jamali is back! She is highly competent and very compassionate. Thank you, Dr Jamali. 2021: Would give no star, if at all possible. Phone calls and emails are not answered. An extremely insolent and impatient reception person. Charged me for practically just the rebooking. Used to be one of the best dental surgeries. I understand the current pandemic situation but the sheer rude behaviour doesnt make it easier for the patients.

Two stars for nice and professional receptionists Brianna and Suliya - not sure if the spelling is correct. Calls or emails will not help you to get an appointment - Ive tried for months, only walk-in inquiry would work, if you meet the right receptionist. This week, when I was having an inquiry with a receptionist (not Brianna or Suliya), a patient just interrupted me and asked to check in her appointment. The receptionist who was supposed to help me just walked away and helped the patient without saying anything to me, left me standing there confused. After she helped the patient finished her checkin, the patient came towards me and started commenting loudly on my condition in front the reception since she overheard it and thought I couldnt understand english quite well - I asked her politely to let me finish my inquiry with the receptionist alone. She kept shouting the dentists are really difficult you know behind my back. During the whole time the receptionist didnt say anything about the whole situation. Who really deserves this as a non-difficult- had to ask for sick leave to come in for MAKING an appointment since dental surgerys phones or email systems dont work for this purpose and got random racist comments from other queue jumping strangers.
