Refusing to serve customers coffee when they are paying for it, they only care about their selfs, rude staff will not be coming again. And food is so dry and tasteless. Roots !

AVOID Disgusting service from these guys. they treat people with mental health issues badly, embarrassing them in middle of the street for no reason at all. In this day and age they should be trained on how to deal with people suffering mental health, how you just treated that lady was absolutely appalling. Laughing at her when you could clearly see she was suffering a mental health episode. And then to go on chatting to customers and staff about her when she left was bang out of order. I will never return here. SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH AND AVOID THIS SHOP
