        Exceptionally rude staff, who was openly making racist remarks on a Muslim family ordering ice-cream. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. They were extremely unpleasant to my sister and myself, which simply made us leave without placing an order.

        Very disappointing service today. Ordered a Diet Coke, got served a Coca Cola in an unopened can. Asked to exchange for the correct drink and was flatly denied. Tried to reason with the assistant politely but to jo avail. Ended up having to buy a new drink and waste the incorrect can. Really upset.
