        This branch should be closed and the two black male staff be fired because they do not do anything and always lie to customers and they ruin the HSBC reputation.

        Very negative experience with staff unable to support on very basic requests. And i had to wait more than one hour to connect to HSBC premier offshore assistance unacceptable.

        This branch is usually busy but I was lucky enough to come during the quiet hours. I had a lot of questions in terms of opening personal and business accounts. One of the advisors, Nick, was more than helpful. He walked me through all the processes, got my accounts up and running within 24 hours and could not ask for better service.
