I have been involved in numerous limited companies and was not sure where to start. Hoffman & Cohen made sure that I did not have to worry about the financials of the business while I can focus on running my business. There has been times when I was unable to pay their fees for sometime but they were still continuously involved to help me with my business.

I have always found them very responsive and my calls or emails regarding advice was always returned on the same day and sometimes within an hour. I am currently concluding a deal in buying a restaurant which I have been involved since the last 1 year. I was referred to Hoffman & Cohen by a very dear friend who spoke highly of them and I am very happy that I started dealing with Hoffman & Cohen. They have been assisting me since the beginning in creating a structure such as a separate holding and trading company and have also been involved in assisting me with business loans. Most of the time, I contact Hoffman & Cohen to assist me with understanding the emails received from my solicitor and to also respond to my solicitors email. It appears to me that they are providing the business advice and also helping me understand the legal jargon in plain and simple English to avoid any costly mistakes. I am a director of many limited companies and run a chain of well known central London restaurants. Restaurants are a tricky set of business and I am glad to say that Hoffman & Cohen has taken out the tricky part from it by successfully handling the tax side of the business for over a decade now. We are going through some turbulent times during COVID19 but with Hoffman & Cohen help, we were able to receive the business loan (CIBL), assistance with bounced back loans, the grants from the council, the furloughs and the help with eat out to help out scheme. In all honesty, I would have been lost without Hoffman & Cohen. On top, they have assisted us with numerous VAT and PAYE inspections which could be very stressful even if you have done everything right. I am Hoffman & Cohens client for life.
