        Both tax advisor and mortgage advisor didn't get back to me! I had to double check wheter my scheduled tax consulation would go ahead, which of course didn't. But who wants to be informed if an appointment is cancelled? ... Secretary tried to find last minute replacement, where also nobody bothered to reply. Very poor customer service!
