    I tried to use this cab firm today for an elderly client thats into her 90s as she couldnt get home on the icy roads. We called at about quarter to twelve and were initially told it would be a twenty minute wait and soon after told it would be a 40 minute wait. The client was getting scared and agitated after waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF, at which time they called back asking about the parking near our salon but they couldnt confirm their location. Half an hour later (two hours wait in total) I called asking for an update on the driver and we were advised to cancel the cab which we reluctantly did. I think the lack of communication is appalling and the client was very upset as she could have called someone else to pick her up much earlier.
