B&Q West Norwood

First and last time going to this branch. Small car park. Two levels. Had to take all items out of trolley to walk upstairs and find another trolley to pay and return to my car. No lifts!

Very rude and unhelpful staff , I bought 3 bags of logs and asked for help getting them up the stairs as there was no lift , first member of staff told me. youd be lucky second member of staff told me it wasnt her job and watched me struggle with them up the stairs

Sales assistant on tills was rude and abrupt. I don't think this is reflective of all staff, though. Another member of staff was very helpful when I was trying to use the self check out.

Whens our go there expect to see 4 people standing around doing nothing and when you ask for help no one moves customer service their today was 0 the only one that moved a part of her body was the cashier behind the till shes always nice and will help if she can Think those staff including the security guard have become to complacent and think that going to work means standing around sitting around doing sod allwhat I asked them for would have taken 3 minutes of their time shamefull
