    What a wonderful service. During lock down CAB gave me wrong information and wasn't really helpful. However centre 70 helped me sort out my debts and benefits. Helen and Idoia absolutely wonderful caring hard working women and a credit to Centre 70. Some people go to work get paid and go home. These ladies cared and went beyond their job duties. It's the first time in 20 plus years I don't have the bailiffs knocking on my door. Thank you

    Unhelpful. I don't know who funds your organisation, but I am sure that they would feel mortified if they were aware of the quality of service, which I, as an 80 year old disabled user, received from you yesterday, when I approached you for help with an application for carers allowance.

    CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES?! Just because you provide a FREE service doesnt mean it can be slapdash. I was given your phone number by Citizens Advice Bureau and this is a service Im getting from Center 70. Ive been calling for days. The male automated message says: 1. theyre too busy, 2. call back later, 3. or email. The female automated message says: 4. We're closed (even though according to their website) they're offices are open and so is their phone line. Every time I call back later, in the morning or afternoon its the same message. Too busy first thing in the morning when your phone lines just opened??? Right, ok. And when will you get time to respond to emails if you don't even answer the phones? But were expected to TRUST that youll respond to our emails?
