Super helpful friendly team at Knights Hill. Recently moved surgeries and theyre way more organised and personable compared to my old one - can always speak to someone with ease. Really impressed.

I have broken my hip and have had surgery . I need physiotherapy as soon as possible. However because you have to get passed the reception and computer says no, I have been informed I have to wait 21 days just for a 5 minute phone call . I wouldn't mind but receptionists are not even medically trained .

I have had nothing but great service from the Reception team at Knights Hill Surgery. The doctors and nurses too [I think there was a member of staff called Taryn who was very helpful]. IMO - Everyone there is busy but they all take time out to assist and to help people, who are ill, through the process of receiving medication or a wee bit of advice. I was ill with a chest infection before Christmas, I had a flu on top of that, and it tore me up. The Reception team [It was a lovely helpful lady by the name of Marcia and possibly a chap by the name of Sam?] who did triage, advised me on various courses of action and really helped me out, and they should be commended for their great customer service. Thanks again !
