Every time I visited the shop I keep telling to withdraw money from the ATM because the card machine only take less than 35 . I have always spent over 70 and sometimes more. The first time have been there I had to go and get cash back from supermarket which is not a good experience. The other time Moses made my experience really bad as he pushes me to go and withdraw my money from the ATM in order to get service. On the 25/2/23 I went there with my families to purchase some patties and other items and I was bombarded in the shop to go and withdraw money to purchase my products. Other wise they wont serve me. I had to use three bank cards to purchase the products and yet still 2 patties were missing when I went out of the shop. I asked for curried goat and I asked what peas was in the rice and I got a rude answer to say is only one peas we do I contacted the shop on the same day regarding my missing patties and I was told Moses was not there he went for 10-15 minutes outside. I had to be calling back from then until now. No apologies regarding the service. I called Monday the 27/2/23 @around 2:10 pm and I was told that Moses were not in and it was a different cheff in . I waited over 30 minutes in the shop for my patties to baked and when I got them not even my children dont find them tasty. The patties were so soft at the back. I keeps calling regarding my missing goods and seems not getting no where. If this place dont look about there will be a lot of loss. The bad thing about it is to know that to reach to the shop it takes me 1hour and always unhappy. I am still waiting for my refund and it lost in the sene as I will not travel 1 hour to get it. *PLEASE NOTE ALL THE PATTIES WERE BAKED LIKE THE PICTURE BELOW * *WHAT A SERVICE * *I NEED TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO ME * CAN IMAGINE GOING BACK TO THE SHOP WHICH TOOK ME 1 HOUR TO REACH TO PICK TWO PATTIES UP ? 1. IF THE CARD MACHINE ONLY CAN TAKE LESS THAN 35 PER CARD THERE SHOULD BE A NOTICE FOR THAT 2. IF THE BANK CHARGES MORE FOR 30 OF PURCHASING ON A CARD NOT MY BUSINESS 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY BAD WITH SOME OF THE LADIES THERE 4. THE PATTIES DONT TASTE THE WAY THEY WERE BEFORE. 5. I WISH TO GET A REPLY FROM THE Francis /owner and not someone else. 6. I WILL NOT INTRODUCE ANYONE ELSE TO THE SHOP WITH THESE SERVICES *I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED *
