He gets to grips with your lifestyle and barriers effecting your health and fitness. I cant recommend him enough and will definitely use his services again

Highly recommend, what I appreciate personally is the help he gives outside of just the PT session that you have. Helping with nutrition and sets out clear goals and targets that make it much easier to attain to.

At the age of 75 and after some 50 years with no real training, I decided 12 months ago to take up training in response to several health and fitness issues. Steve has been incredibly helpful in starting me down this road, in particular by introducing a variety of exercises and allowing my body to train for them, by encouraging me to do more each week, and by ensuring we monitor any aches and pains which arise. He has also provided invaluable input on other types of exercise, nutrition, etc where I am impressed by the width and depth of his knowledge. I can now see the improvement in strength and fitness in my normal daily life and am committed to continue.

Iv been training with Steve for 6 month now and its been the best decision Iv ever made not just for my weight and confidence but for my mental health (hes also helped me achieve a better work life balance!) I had never set foot in a gym as I was incredibly nervous, self conscious and having had a shoulder issue it had stopped me ever thinking I would be able to work out properly. Steve put me at ease instantly and with his guidance Im able to use my shoulder without any pain and am lifting weights I never thought Id be able to. I now enjoy working out and look forward to the sessions each week. Steve is so knowledgeable and always full of encouragement i cant recommend him enough!
