Willow House

My mum lived at Willow House for just over 2 years until she sadly lost her battle with Alzheimer's Disease.The staff were my mum's family and became mine too.They did a truly amazing job caring for mum, keeping her safe and making her smile.i can never thank them enough for the kindness they showed mum and me.They are truly wonderful and i will always be so very grateful.

Excellent care for my mum who had dementia and was only there for about 7 months staff were so kind and helpful couldn't of wished for such an excellent place for mum to have been in thankyou so much for what you did for her. Kind regards Tracy-Jane Grist

Always difficult when you pass care onto strangers and very difficult to accept. Willow house were incredible they helped so much with the process. Dad had such love showered upon him his room was airy and clean, the communal areas are fresh and bright they made all family members feel welcome. Big thanks to all the staff especially at the end would, highly recommend.

Kind Caring and Outstanding. Loving to the residents, all of the residents needs are met individually, centered very much around individual personalities. The staff go above and beyond for each resident. The manager is dedicated, and cares about each resident. The residents are genuinely loved. I cannot recommend the home enough. All of the home has specific activities that match each residents personality. And they even have a house bunny to keep them company.Visitors are always made welcome, and cups of tea always available.

My mother was a resident for just over 3 years , wonderful service , very attentive nursing staff , good solid wholesome food , airy ,roomy , lovely garden purpose made for the older person , can you find anything better ...I doubt it ..Andre Truelove
