        No lifts, terrible timetable, unreliable service and frequent cancellations. Thameslink don't care about Knebworth, that much is obvious.

        It's a train station, what else could I say? Well, the manned ticket office closes early each day and is completely closed on Sundays. The ticket machine is very confusing if you're not already familiar with tickets and zones.

        Cold, wet, displays can't agree on time and didn't show train times. Coffee booth no longer open since COVID which is a shame.
